We advise you to take “a repatriation insurance”. Don’t forget to bring your European insurance card (former E111).
Seen the system of hospitalization in Spain, it is compulsory to have a cover of hospitalization. Every participant must be able to show his European card of cover.
If you have never asked this card to your hospitalization insurance, contact them :
• so that they can send it to you directly;
• or they can send you a provisional proof by e-mail in replacement of the European insurance card.
If you own a licence “race on circuit” via your national federation, please check it this one is valid for other countries (sometimes you must pay an extra premium for the repatriation costs).

The action “Chrono Fun” launched in 2010 was so successful that it was normal to prolong it. Thus, you will be able to profit from this time trial challenge during some of our Bikers' Days and your first appointment is on the circuit of Catalunya. We remind you that The “Chrono Fun” is completely optional and you are no obliged to participate.
It influences by no means over the track time. On the other hand you’ll certainly be happy to win once a prize, whether you are newcomer or racer.

OPTION BIKE TRANSPORT
We propose the possibility to transport your bike for the price of 295 €.
Start only from THEUX, Belgium.
Bike transport includes small toolbox, sports bag, helmet, tires + extra set of wheels, jerry can (empty), rear bike stand.
The material accompanying the bike must be placed in a metal trunk !
Custom-option: Pick up of your bike and your equipment at home by the team Bikers' Days. Price determined by the distance from our starting point (Theux) and your home.

No noise restriction
Electricity : European plugs in the paddock 16 Amp. Bipolar (blue plugs). Power box are available everywhere in the paddock – bring an extension and adaptors.
Petrol : Petrol station in the paddock (open during the Bikers’ Days).
Restaurant: restaurant in the paddock.
=> Opening : from 10.00 to 17.00 Hr
=> Type : Lunch buffet for 15 €
=> Payment : cash or credit card.
Coffee : you’ll get a coffee at your arrival and also during the event.
Paddock access : Access possible the day before the event from 7.00 pm and during the night. If you arrive earlier, please wait in the car park situated in front of the main entrance (parking east zone). You must leave the paddock on Wednesday at 7.00 pm at the latest.
TIRES SERVICES – MICHELIN RACING SERVICE
On the premises: 8 € per wheel – 15 € per set – Assembly and balancing included.
Michelin tires for sale. Please contact us for any tires order so that we can bring the tires on the premises.
TRANSPONDERS
Obligatory use of the transponder (included in the entry fees) in order to optimize the distribution of the groups/levels and thus your pleasure on the track.
Results sheets available on the day at 10 €/day – 25 €/3 days. Your best time will be available at the welcome.

Renting a full pit box (5 x 15m) : 650 € for 3 days
Renting a place in a pit box : 80 € for 3 days.
